The AppleGreener store has several conditions for replacing and retrieving products in accordance with the consumer rights guide organized by the Ministry of Trade and Investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, these conditions enable you to recover any product purchased from appleGreener provided that the product is damaged or not ordered during a period of up to 3 Days from the date of delivery of your order on simple conditions, and that is in two ways:

1- By returning the amount to the same bank account of the buyer

2- By adding purchase balance to your account on the system.

And to accept the return or exchange process for your product, always make sure to ..

- Do not cut the carton or any product packaging so you can return it to its condition upon retrieval

- To be registered on the site in order to benefit from all services and retrieval policies

When you have the right of return and exchange ?

- Replacement or refund if there is a defect in the quality of manufacture of the product or goods.

- If the goods violate the Saudi standard specifications.

- The consumer has the right to replace or return "defective" goods and merchandise.

Refund and Replacement Conditions:

- Ensure that no adhesive sheets are cut or damaged in the product or in its packaging.

- You must register on the site in order for the balance returned to you to be placed in the account

- The product must be manufacturer defective and damaged products cannot be accepted due to misuse.

The process of replacing or returning the amount to your account takes 5 working days from the date we receive the item until it is confirmed that the product has been received and is in its original condition
